It’s Time To Kill Your Inner Beta…
There’s one simple truth that needs to be internalized and accepted by anyone who enters this business as quickly as possible…
“Only leaders make money in networking”.
In other words, if you’re not a leader, you’re not going to make any kind of significant income.
This truth is defined by the very nature of a “multi-level” compensation model.
You don’t make money in this business, unless you lead a group of customers and distributors under you.
I learned this lesson the hard way…
At first, I tried to side-step the truth, and get around it with tools and gimmicks.
I jumped from opportunity to opportunity, and from marketing tool, to marketing tool, thinking that they would allow me to cheat the system and make money without facing my fears.
5 years of failure later, I finally gave into the truth…
That only leaders make money in this industry, and that if I was going to build a business, I’d have to change who I was as a person, and become one.
My days as an excuse-making wuss who was afraid of people, of the phone, and of success, would have to end. It was time to kill the “beta” inside, that had been holding me back from achieving what I really wanted my entire life.
I said good-bye to him on a prospecting call one night, when I finally decided to take control of the conversation and be a leader to the prospect on the other end of the line.
From that moment on, everything changed in my life.
The life-long frustrations I’d suffered about money, about success, about dating, and friendships disappeared.
It was like being freed from a self-imposed prison of mediocrity and suffering.
And from that moment forward, I was left with nothing more than a sense of inner peace and confidence… The kind of confidence that comes when you finally realize that you’re 100% in control of your world, your reality, and what happens in it.
The kind of confidence that inspires those around you, and garners their respect.
The kind of confidence that other people find irresistible… Or even “magnetic”.
The kind of confidence that instantly communicates to everyone that you’re a leader… You’re an Alpha.
And with that transformation, came a new reality that most people only dream of, filled with incredible people, experiences, income, and a chance to change the world for the better.
Over the past 5 years, I’ve shared this personal realization with the world inside the pages of Magnetic Sponsoring, and Black Belt Recruiting, helping many self-proclaimed “Betas” discover their “Inner Alpha”.
But these two courses only scratched the surface.
For years, I’ve been dying to create a follow-up to Magnetic Sponsoring that would dive much deeper into this transformational process, and the psychology of leadership.
In fact, I knew exactly what I was going to call this course if I ever had the opportunity to produce it, and even bought the domain 4 years ago… on November 15th, 2006.
But I’ve never been able to put my thoughts about this process into words.
I understood how I felt, and why, as I moved from Beta, to a Pre-Alpha, to Alpha.
I could describe the experience, and the results were apparent to everyone who knew me before, and after, but my personal self-education in psychology wasn’t strong enough to allow me to communicate this process to others in a step-by-step format.
So this knowledge sat there… waiting.
Then a few months ago, my good friend, and mentor Robert introduced me to a friend of his.
His name was Ryan Angelo, and I soon realized that he was a kindred spirit, who had travelled a similar path in life.
Despite the fact that he’s only 29 years old, Ryan has spent most of his adult life, mastering the human mind at a level that most people will never be able to comprehend.
